OBTAINING A RESIDENCY PERMIT
If you will be residing in Vanuatu to manage your investment, you are required to apply for a Residency Permit which has a 12 month validity.
The Department of Immigration and Passport Services is responsible for issuing Residency Permits.
You are expected to apply for any dependents as well whom you may want in Vanuatu during your investment period.
As a foreign investor, you will be expected to submit your residency permit application with a valid Foreign Investment Approval Certificate including your Business License.
Business License registration usually takes up to 2 weeks.
